Greg Cathcart
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Cathcart is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and growth, as well as cultivating emerging markets. In addition, Mr. Cathcart works directly with clients to understand their business needs and identify approaches to realize the value to be gained by transparent, synchronized solutions. Mr. Cathcart is a recognized industry leader through his work with HDMA, NACDS and other key professional organizations, and he has been featured in key industry journals such as Drug Store News and Pharmaceutical Commerce. In 2007, AMR Research recognized Mr. Cathcart as one of the top ten key influencers in the pharmaceutical supply chain industry, and they continue to leverage his expertise in tracking industry trends and developments. Prior to joining [organization], Mr. Cathcart served in several executive positions for leading-edge companies, including Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for SupplyScapes, Senior Vice President of Sales for EdgeDynamics and Senior Director of Life Sciences for SAP America.

Mr. Cathcart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Wayne Semisch
Founder & President
Mr. Semisch is responsible for operations, marketing and managing the business partner ecosystem. In addition, Mr. Semisch collaborates with clients, industry leaders and strategic partners to create industry-focused business solutions that improve the overall quality, safety and financial performance of their value chains. Mr. Semisch is a recognized leader in the ERP and CRM services industry, with a 12 year proven track record building and growing professional services companies in the ERP space. Mr. Semisch is a founder and current board member of the SAP IT Leadership Council, bringing together CIOs and IT executives from SAP clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Prior to founding [organization], Mr. Semisch was co-founder of Brookhaven Solution Group, serving as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Semisch has held several senior positions with ERP and CRM systems integrators—including Answerthink and Harte-Hanks, where he was responsible for professional services sales and delivery—supporting clients such as Wyeth, Aptuit, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, Eli Lilly, Lannett, Purdue Pharma and Stiefel Laboratories.

Pete Lagana

Mr. Lagana is responsible for the company’s strategic technology direction and innovation, ensuring leading edge, dynamic solutions for our clients. Mr. Lagana is also the Managing Director of the eServices Practice, working with clients on their technology strategies, IT/business alignment and execution of eBusiness solutions. Mr. Lagana has over 12 years experience in advising organizations on their enterprise use of technology, focusing on innovative business solutions for revenue generation and cost containment. Mr. Lagana has been featured in industry publications such as InformationWeek and SAP NetWeaver Magazine and has delivered keynote addresses at numerous technology forums, including SAP and Gartner conferences. Mr. Lagana serves as the Program Director for the Philadelphia Chapter of ASUG and has served on numerous charitable committees such as United Way. Prior to joining [organization], Mr. Lagana was Director of Global eSolutions at Wyeth. Mr. Lagana began his career at Accenture, where he led several SAP/Microsoft solution groups.

Mr. Lagana holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University and an Executive Development Program certification from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
