During the recent SAPInsider CRM2012 conference, Senior Vice President Pete Lagana presented a session to a packed house on driving adoption of SAP CRM by providing extraordinary user experience.
One important point he made is that any CRM user interface project must be iterative – it must be focused on continuous improvement, because that’s what users expect. No company can expect their CRM to be “one-size-fits-all.”
