SAP Extraordinary User Experience

There is no doubt that when it comes to enterprise technology, IT leadership and business users will value completely different features of the system in question.

Senior Vice President Pete Lagana took this topic to a full house at the recent SAPInsider CRM2012 event – and suggested that users only care about two things when it comes to technology: that it’s easy and that it’s fast.
