AmeriGas, a well-established player in the propane industry, wanted to change the way consumers acquired their gas tanks. This new service would connect customers directly with their Amerigas distributors for fast and easy home propane delivery and exchanges.
Excellis designed and architected a complete customer ordering solution – Cynch.com – from front to backend, that delivered the simplicity Amerigas was looking for while seamlessly integrating customer data through their existing SAP technology stack.
Online Ordering:
Create an online ordering solution available across any device or platform that would make buying tanks and scheduling delivery easy.
User Experience:
Create an intuitive online experience for new customers that facilitated onboarding and would keep them coming back again and again.
Integration:
Architect a solution that would feed new customer data into an existing SAP backend, while also updating existing customer information as needed.
